    Sean! Sean is the reason why I continue to bring my car there. If he did Sales, too, I’d straight up buy a car from him. I trust Sean bc he’s informative, thinks through problems, offers solutions, and is constantly doing the right thing. Thank you, Sean!

    People are friendly enough but the service never seems to be complete. One time we had to come back as the oil cap was not properly fitting and they had to redo it. Second time, after multiple visits to have the infotainment system fixed, although it was "fixed" it didn't work pulling out of the dealership. Had to immediately turn around and have the tech reset it. Then, this most recent trip, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day when Shannon would be there so she could assess the windshield issues we have been dealing with for months. She was not there at all the day of our appointment and the service rep we had worked with before was not available. Even after that, I got in the car after an oil change and the cockpit had been totally reconfigured. It took two staff to figure out how to reset it. The customer service has been questionable and the quality assurance has been pretty bad.
